1. The service
NamSocial is an AI-assisted tool that researches trends, creates videos, Reels, carousels and captions, schedules and publishes them to the YouTube and Instagram accounts you connect, and drafts or sends replies to comments, Instagram direct messages and emails.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage every social media and email account you connect. You are responsible for keeping your NamSocial sign-in secure. One person or business per account; sharing sign-ins is not allowed.
3. Modes and your control
- Preview and approve: nothing is published, replied to or sent until you approve it.
- Fully autonomous: you authorize NamSocial to publish content and send replies that pass its quality checks without asking each time, within the limits you set (daily maximum, quiet hours, topics to avoid). You can switch back at any time.
- Emails are never sent without your pressing Send, in either mode.
- YouTube uploads are created as private and become public only at the time you approved.
- Instagram direct message replies are sent only inside Instagram's messaging window (24 hours after the person's last message), as Meta requires.
4. Your content and responsibility
You own your prompts, brand materials and the content NamSocial creates for you, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for what is published from your accounts, including in autonomous mode. You must not use NamSocial to create or publish content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, spam, or that impersonates others; to send unsolicited commercial messages; or to violate the Instagram Terms of Use, Meta Platform Terms, YouTube Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. AI-generated realistic content is labeled as synthetic on YouTube and must be disclosed where the law or platform requires it (including Turkish advertising rules on AI-generated people and voices).
5. AI output
AI output can be inaccurate. Review content in preview mode, especially facts, prices and claims. NamSocial does not give legal, medical or financial advice. We use music, fonts and stock assets that we are licensed to use; trending audio from the platforms is added by you inside the platform app.
6. Third-party platforms
YouTube, Instagram and Gmail are operated by Google and Meta. Their availability, rules and API limits may change and may limit features. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take on your account. You can revoke NamSocial's access from those platforms at any time.
7. Fees
During the pilot period NamSocial is offered by invitation without charge. Paid plans, prices, usage limits and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay and confirmed in a separate distance sales agreement under Turkish consumer law. We never charge without your explicit action.
8. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend autonomous publishing or your account if we detect abuse, a security risk, or a breach of these Terms or platform rules, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or platform decisions such as reduced reach or account restrictions. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under Turkish law, including consumer rights.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including Google API Limited Use and Meta data deletion.
11. Changes and law
We will notify you before material changes take effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts; for businesses, Bursa courts have jurisdiction.
